Electronics Production Manager
Electronics Production Manager – Budapest, District XIV
Work location: Budapest, District XIV, Fogarasi út 7. (5-minute walk from the Pillangó utca METRO stop)
Employment type: Full-time
Key responsibilities:
- Daily management of electronics assembly and testing processes
- Continuous improvement of production efficiency, quality, and safety
- Maintaining and improving production documentation and work instructions
- Coordinating with the development, logistics, and procurement teams
- Fault analysis, organizing repair processes, and reducing manufacturing defects
- Motivating and training the production team, and evaluating their performance
Requirements:
- Higher education degree
- English language skills

- High level of precision; ability to maintain cleanliness, order, and consistency

Nice to have:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, machine building, or industrial automation
- Knowledge of ESD protection and manufacturing technology basics
- Experience implementing Lean, 5S, or quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001)
- Engineering or technologist background
