Service Manager – Budapest
Work location: Budapest, District XIV + nationwide travel; occasionally neighboring countries
Employment type: Full-time
Required experience: Minimum 2 years
Job areas: Service, maintenance, customer service, after-sales support, production preparation, project management
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end coordination of on-site repairs: scheduling technicians, procuring spare parts, and ensuring the conditions for efficient work
- Preparing installation materials for field service work and providing professional support to service colleagues
- Daily coordination with internal departments: domestic and international procurement, machine tool factory, mechanical design, accounting
- Written and verbal communication with customers
- Handling administrative tasks related to the role
Requirements
- At least secondary technical qualification in mechanical engineering or electronics
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Independent, precise, responsible, and creative working style
- Decisiveness, reliability, and ability to handle workload
- User-level computer skills, mainly email and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Category B driving license and driving experience
Nice to have
- Higher education degree
- Knowledge of CNC machine tools
- Experience in production preparation
- Foreign language skills
